Raw Space consists of bare floor space for exhibitors who wish to build their own stand and One KW power per 36 Sq meter.No Accesories like back Wall,Carpet,Furniture etc shall be supplied.
Important Informations
PREMIUM :Corner/two side open stall/space ,if available,will attract locational premium @ 10% of Applicable Tarrif.
DISCOUNTS:
(a) Early bird discount is 10% which is open till 28th February 2010.
(b) Down payment discount @ 5% is avaiable to those exhibitors who pays full participation money by 31st March 2010
OTHER INFORMATIONS :
Power supply ,in excess of commited load,is charged separately.For rates please ask organiser.
Stand design must be submitted to the organizer for approval atleast One month prior to the exhibitions.
Exhibitors are also required to follow
rules and regulations laid down by Venue owner ie Pragati Maidan
Authority,which are available on website/exhibitors manual.
Service
Tax and other applicable levies shall be extra at prevailing rates
which as on date is 10.3%.organiser shall issue CNEVATABLE invoice to
enable you to claim credit of Service Tax Paid.
